When: Sunday, October 25, 2015
What: Spaghetti Dinner served from 4:00 pm – 7:00 pm
Dinner includes: Spaghetti with or without meatballs, tomato or alfredo sauce, dinner roll, lettuce salad with choice of dressing, milk, water. Tickets are $8.00.
Where: Winona Elks Lodge #327 4540 N. Service Drive
All Students going to Florida : Sell / buy at least 6 tickets. Tickets will be handed out to Students on Sept 30, 2015.
Sophomores: Asked to supply a dessert.
Juniors: Asked to supply 2lb salad mix
Seniors: 1 large bottle of salad dressing (Ranch, Italian, 1000 Island or French).
Ticket Money due: October 13, 2015, turn in with an orange envelope in the “lunch money slot” located at the Winona Senior High office. Make sure the following information is on the envelope: Students name, the fundraiser name (Spaghetti Dinner 2015).
Food Donations: Please bring the food donations to the Elks Lodge between 1:30 pm – 3:30 pm on Sunday (day of dinner). If desserts could come uncut and in pans that don’t require to be returned is preferred. Any pans that need to be returned will be available after the dinner to be picked up at the Elks Lodge. If you need to make different arrangements to drop off your donation please contact one of the chair people listed below.
**This is a major fundraiser for the Band Boosters, each fundraiser a different group is asked to bring desserts and all are asked to help sell tickets.
Workers Any parent that can give some time to help on this fundraiser can choose shift(s) below.
This fundraiser is in support of the student’s trip to Florida November 2015.
